all or part of your money depending on the circumstances. We
will make every effort to address any concerns you have.
Repeated requests for refunds can result in refusal of
service, again depending on the circumstances. (For instance we
had a fellow join the site three times in a year and ask for a
refund each time because it wasn't what he thought it was. In
that case he wasn't someone we wanted as a customer.) We will of
course endeavor to handle any legitimate refund request to your
satisfaction.
