The world
of the foxes is at once very similar to ours yet very, very
different. Explaining it could take hundreds of pages.
We'll just let it be described as each of the stories unfold. This
story will revolve around Butterscotch Fox and one of her earliest
missions for the Institute.
The Institute is a privately funded
organization founded to combat a slew of hyper-criminals that has
begun preying on the society with seemingly no rhyme or reason. No
one knows who the gracious patrons of the Institute are, but one
thing is for sure; without it, the most vicious of the criminals
would begin molding the world of Butterscotch Fox into their own
depraved images.
Butterscotch Fox has reported for her mission
wearing the very latest in sexy superheroine wardrobe. The
bio-regenerative combat suit (or skin) takes advantage of her
healing powers giving her the ability to repair it as she would a
flesh wound. It comes equipped with the Combat Skin Computer. An
elaborate mixture of computing power and sensors, it is still in
it's testing phase and it is unknown whether it will be a great aid
in battle or a nuisance. The fact that the sound emitters are
located on the chest is quite humiliating for a heroine who has a
hard enough time as it is getting people to look anywhere but her
breasts.
Butter has also unfortunately fallen prey to
one of the Institute's newest policies. Since the introduction of
superheroines, the hyper-criminals have begun setting elaborate
traps for their most desired targets. Once the trap is set, victims,
(usually high profile victims) are kidnapped to lure the
superheroine to her doom. To ensure the safety of the general
populace, the Institute has decided to send the superheroine to the
trap location as soon as the intelligence division has knowledge of
it. The criminal would then be caught before the trap was finished
and any innocents had been endangered. Of course, if the trap was
completed, they would never send an agent of the Institute to her
death. Mistakes are made however, and in this world, superheroines
can die. |
